I'm 47, I currently weigh 205 and I have a waist size of 34. Maybe thats good enough? Not sure if I am happy with it or not.

Still learning to live and understand my "new look".
Have you tried interval training? Do you lift weights? Maybe go until failure at the end of your workouts with something that really burns.
