ya, I've tried that as well.
I think my caloric intake is about as low as I want it to be. I'm currently at 1850 and they (and dont ask me who "they" are, cause its all research stuff) suggest a man, my age, shouldn't go below 1800 calories.
Now sometimes my net calories are 1200-1600 because of my work outs but I try to eat most of my calories back.
I dunno, maybe its a psychological thing because of this goal that I want to reach.
I'm 47, I currently weigh 205 and I have a waist size of 34. Maybe thats good enough? Not sure if I am happy with it or not.
Still learning to live and understand my "new look".
