I'm in the UK and pay £2.99 a month to get my groceries delivered once a week on either a Tue, Wed or Thurs. For a family of 3 I spend about £60-£75 a week, so about £300 ($480) a month. I get my groceries from Ocado (Waitrose) - I could get cheaper elsewhere, but their own brand products are superior to any of the other supermarkets that deliver.
