Please remember i live in rural alberta and I find things like this to be cheaper than in the city.
The class was $79.00 for 6 weeks, twice a week for an hour each time.
And as much as we get abused, I always go back for more, cause it really is a great work out.
I am totally spent by the time the hour is up.
One of our classmates said that it was similar to a P90X work out with some MMA punching and kicking throw in. And that part is done with bags and not with another person.
