Congrats to you guys, thats awesome stuff and continued success!

As of May 4th, I have lost a total of 70lbs. I have 10 more pounds to go before hitting my goal weight. I have dropped 5 pant sizes...from a 46 to 36. I am past a 36 waist now and getting close to a 34 pant.

I have stopped going to a gym and have started taking a class called MMA Aggression. Dont let the name fool you. Its basically a HIIT and its been nothing short of awesome. The instructor kicks the crap out of us a couple of times a week but the results are incredible. Not only have I kick started a plateau but I have also gotten so much stronger from it. I highly recommend an HIIT class if you can find one.

The other thing I have been doing now is lots of walking and cycling. During the summer, I would much rather be outside than in a gym. But I have to make sure I make the time for it and so far its been going well. If I fall off that wagon, its back to the gym I go.

But again, congrats to you guys. Keep it up.
