Wow, what a bump!
I don't get the backlash over the use of horse on Top Chef. It's a legitimate ingredient in a lot of cuisine, even in Canada.
As for whether or not I found any in Toronto - I didn't. I am still looking, if anyone knows where I can find it locally, that would be much appreciated. I know Bouvry Exports Ltd does it, but I can't find contact information for them anywhere.
