Justin.....congrats on getting your cherry popped! Don't worry mate, happens to all of us. My first (and so far only) wipe out was very similar to yours. Low speed.....brakes.....gravel.....down. Life goes on!
As for the parts.....unless they're uber-rashed (dangerous), maybe hold off on replacing the plastics. There's nothing like learning on a bike that you're "Allowed" to drop. Replace the shifter knob and stand obviously.....safety can't be skimped on.
