Well bad news. Day 2 of new bike and I went down. Coming up to a corner (just by my house) and was braking, then I caught some gravel and down she went. Was going maybe 35 but didn't matter.
My fault for going over gravel (obviously didn't mean too), but looks like I'll need a front and right side fairing and a new front fender. I also broke the kickstand and bent the clutch pedal. All I can find right now is a complete Fairing kit which is $400, so about $500 to fix the bike.
I'm disappointed, but hopefully my hand will heal up fast and I'll be back next weekend. Not sure how I screwed up my hand (3 of the fingers), but nothing broke. Shoulder took a beating though.
Ah well, was a rough day but I'll be back.
Also, ALWAYS WEAR A HELMET. If I hadn't, my jaw is gone.
