Back when I had housemates and basic cable, we found ourselves watching it quite a bit (it's on like 8 times a day), so I've seen a fair bit of it.

Breaking Bad, The Wire, Deadwood, Sopranos, etc. As for current comedies, Curb Your Enthusiasm, It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia, South Park (although not recently). Thanks to Tyler Perry, Two and a Half men isn't the worst sitcom on television, but it's got to be pretty close.
