I would say Stamps will likely protect Tate knowing Burris will likely not move to play on an expansion team. If Ottawa selects him, the Stamps can re-acquire for a neg list player or something. His cost won't be much at 36, 37 years old.
When you have the likes of Lewis, Rambo, Bryant, Reynolds etc, you just have to make smart plays and get them the ball. Especially for a young guy, he'd have a lot of targets.

In any given game count how many times he flat out misses wide open wr's. That and his turnovers make him one of the most overrated players I've ever seen in football. Last year cgy Had maybe the best team I've seen at 23 of the 24 starting positions.
