I'd suggest Sandy Beach in Naramata (on the Okanagan). Family friends of mine have been going annually for 20 years now and I've been there a few times. It's awesome, very relaxing, and a friendly place. Naramata is a small town (I do mean small as in, no traffic lights and maybe 5 main roads), with everything you need. Lots of vinyards and orchards in the area, if you want to go on tours. It's about 20 minutes from Penticton which always has something to do. Everytime I've been there, there's been kids of all ages which gives them something to do. They're always playing games or having water fights and such.

It's $2700 for a week in peak season (Last week of June-Labor Day.) It can be pretty steep, but if you bring food and such from home, then you won't need a whole lot of spending money.

I highly recommend it.
