Agreed. 90's had some great music and you don't even really need to look that hard.

Nirvana, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Pearl Jam, Collective Soul, Oasis, Soundgarden, Rage, Black Crows, Matthew Good Band, Sloan, just off the top of my head.
