Point blank... I'm not sure anyone has asked you this:

Do you think President Obama is an American citizen born in Hawaii?

I thought he was born in Hawaii even before he showed the world the long form. But, I also thought Obama or his handlers should have tried a little harder to answer the questions a few had put in the mind of many. Sure there would always be a segment of the population who would never believe but, that would be a small number. My guess is just by producing the long form many who doubted him before don't now.

I also really have a problem with Obama never getting out of the campaign mind set of "us and them". He should never have let his handlers paint every American who questioned him as a racist or stupid. A leader would have bent over backwards to reassure these Americans of his origins and intent.
