He states he doesn't think the pictures exist. He's asked to explain why he thinks the pictures exist and responds with "It's very hard to explain a negative proposition. . . . If the American's say such things do exist then it will be up to them to release them."
Then Soloman says that, from the fact that the US has said that they won't release the photos, he infers they have some, to which Mulcair responds "I don't think it's germane."
Finally, he finishes off by saying that the photos wont provide proof as to whether "Mr.
Obama was indeed holding a weapon."
