You know what, I'm with you if this gets investigated and it's directly the Conservative party or any other party for that matter doing these things, then of course throw all responsible in jail for this. But lets be clear here, you have a perception and that perception is shaping your viewpoints here rather than facts. It could be a number of different things behind what's going on.
EDIT: I would also be really impressed in a Dr. Evil kindof way if the CPC had a database of people who aren't voting for them and proceded to have an action plan to deter them from the polls. If you talk to people who work the ground game it's hard enough to identify people who might vote
for you let alone know a significant enough bloc of people who will vote against you.
