I've had a few massages, as has the wife. None have ever been naked. The folks we were out to dinner with this weekend whom we chatted about this with have had massages, none of which have been done naked.
I'm not saying there is never a legitimate reason to be naked for a massage - there obviously is. Jackoff showed a serious lack of judgement on this though, just like he did when he was caught living in subsidised housing and was shamed into moving, and just like he did being the champion of health care yet going to a private for-profit clinic for his hernia, then claiming he didn't know it was a for-profit clinic.
