I disagree with this being a bad thing. Why? Because I'm not attached to the oil industry nor am I buying into the propaganda being spit out by foreign owned companies currently pumping Alberta dry of it's sole resource. Perhaps if money was directed back into Canada's society rather then foreign bank accounts we would have ancillary industries popping up.
