I think Will Farrel may be the Scranton Strangler, the finger prints above the door might be signifigant if he is. When he was at the shelter with Andy he told the story about being hired at sabre, basicly he was a vagrant who saved Jo's dog and she hired him. With the weird behavior he is exhibiting and the who sales call thing he just may be the stangler. But I could be wrong, just a hunch
