It's pretty funny that if his 'gas price ombudsman' finds there's nothing wrong, he's going to regulate prices lower anyway! Also it's rather ignorant to legislate prices people can charge. If you want to curb green house gases you have to charge more for people to use them, that has to come out of the consumer in some way. There is no free lunch where people can pay low heating bills, 0.80 cents a litre on gasoline
and reduce green house gases. This is the ravings of a lunatic. People this is evidence that we're not talking about a lighter gentler 'Third Way' NDP, we're talking about the same economic ######s of generations past.
