I have forwarded this thread to the contacts that I have over at DealFind. Should you have any issues with DealFind or any of the group-buying sites out there, it's best you contact them directly and let them know about the issue otherwise they won't know about it or be able to assist you. The great thing about these group-buying sites is it's pretty easy to get a refund on any unused vouchers if you're not satisfied.
I have brought this issue up to DealFind a couple weeks ago and they are aware of the issue. They have been booming like crazy and are going through some growing pains. They are already one of Canada's most popular websites and have steadily been outselling Groupon in a couple Canadian markets (Calgary being one of them).
DealFind has told me that they are going to better pre-qualify the merchants, will create side deals to prevent deals from getting out of hand and have hired more C/S agents who will work with the sales team to ensure that when a deal is on, more than 1 C/S agent is there to speak to customers and correspond with the merchant themselves to help maintain the volume of business properly.
The Yamato Sushi issue was quickly taken care of when DealFind found out about it. The owners of Yamato was not allowed to set a cap on the amount of vouchers they could accept per day and have removed this silly rule.
Off the top of my head, Pink Lime is one of only 2 companies that have been featured on just about every group-buying site. I roll my eyes whenever I see Pink Lime. I just checked my blog and Pink Lime has been featured on DealFind twice, LivingSocial, TeamBuy, DealTicker and Dealathons.
