Then, he locks his car with the remote. He presses the button twice, just to make sure. He gets to the front door of his house and he locks his car again. Twice. Then he gets into his house, and looks out the front window, and locks his car twice more. I wouldn't be surprised if he does it when he gets to work too.
I'd have to look at his car again to see what it is, but its an SUV. Either an Equinox or an Edge or something along those lines. So it's not like he's driving something exotic.

My guess is he was once a victim of a theft from his vehicle. I've had my car broken into and now I make sure I lock it multiple times. Not to that extent, but a good 2-3 times, just to be sure. The funny thing was my car was locked when it was broken into, so it wouldn't have mattered.
