I'm the same way...all of my books at home are perfectly organized (by type, author, and size) and in perfect condition.
That's one of the worst parts about working in a library (for me). I love getting new books in, but then they go out for one circulation and they come back with spines bent, pages bent, mysterious stains on the pages (don't want to know!!), pages ripped, etc.
It makes me cringe every time I see it, haha.
