It's been two weeks since I cut out all juices entirely and am sticking to water, skim milk and green tea. I've lost a couple of pounds and my calories are much better on track.
For anyone considering weight loss, remember to cut out ALL juices just like you're doing soda. The sugar content is usually quite high in those drinks regardless of brand. Removing them is kind of a hard thing to do, but it can help be the difference between a good diet and a great diet.
