Believe it or not, pigging out once a week is very important for your metabolism.
Under eating all week tricks you going into starvation mode and slows down your metabolism.
I'd recommend reading the 4 hour diet which encourages you to eat healthy 6 days a week, and then go absolutely buck wild the remaining day
