I'm not trying to get to 160. I'm actually struggling to stay around 160. I had that thread last week where over the last two years I was pummeling myself with "Exercise = Good" and "Food = Bad", so I feel guilty about eating a normal diet. Yesterday I was on the stationary bike for an hour, went swimming for an hour, had cardio kickboxing for an hour, and then did a 5K run with the Running Room club, but had only 1700 calories for the day. So I'm still losing weight. Like I said in the other thread, I feel like an alcoholic who's put down the bottle for 2 years fearing having a couple beer with the guys. So many people have lost the weight only to gain it all right back again, and I am super-ultra-paranoid about going back to the before picture.
