It would be really interesting to see the number of Education degrees granted vs jobs for any given year as well. I think that many regard Education as an 'easy' university degree program but when the rubber hits the road the job is actually much tougher than many anticipate.
Of course this is true in many professions. How does education rack up vs communications or commerce? What is the average worker retention rate in 5 years of any given undergraduate degree?
