In my closet, all shirts must be facing the same way (left); especially true of hangers that have pronounced bows in them. The clothes are broadly sorted by category and grouped together, though I don't see this as anything OCD, just good organization.
Also, last year I randomly started to spit into the sink whenever I wash my hands. Now it happens virtually every time, and even when I'm doing related things like filling a bucket of water from the outside tap. No idea where that came from ...
