Workout Area
The before is at 340, the after at 185. I'm down to 160-something now. So the workout area is in front of the big screen plasma, so my mind isn't on the cycling or running, but rather on the hockey game or House. My rule: I am not allowed to watch West Wing, House, Criminal Minds or LO:SVU unless I'm on the bike or treadmill.
