hahaha that's not it Res.
5nb is a boundary 4 hit off of a no ball (because the bowler foot faulted). So the team gets 4+1 and the ball has to be rebowled and it's a free hit.
Edit: although your scenario of not only 5 but a 7 can happen.
Because if the fielder throws the ball past the boundary, it's a 4 also.
