I would highly recommend working deadlifts into your weight lifting routine if you haven't already. It truly is an amazing exercise. I know some people will argue that the squat is the best lift you can do, but for my money, that goes to the deadlift. The strength gains are just amazing. When I play soccer now, I'm running through guys that have 20lbs on me and I'm coming out on top.
