I am continuing on with my healthy eating and exercise. I have had to stop running because of a sore knee (maybe I am really not a runner), but continue to pump in 6 days of 45 minutes of cardio a week with some weight training thrown in for good measure.
I have had to retire pants that fit just a month ago. I have dropped 15 lbs. I am happy with my progress, but have a long ways to go yet. Best of all, mentally, I feel great about what I am doing, and life in general!
Congrats to all the losers in this thread! It is too bad a few are trying to ruin it.
