No it doesn't.

You're comparing Winnipeg with Green Bay and Oakland!!?? That is pure gold. All else aside, Green Bay is a legendary franchise, one of the most respected and winningest in NFL history...and you're trying to compare them to the Jets, a team that has never won, didn't have enough fan support to keep their team the first time and a team that has no league wide legacy (quite the opposite with the Pack)? Yeah, that makes sense...

With regards to Oakland, what you're not seeming to realize is that WEATHER makes a HUGE impact for any player deciding on where to play (especially for those with a wife and kids). People can escape bad neighbourhoods, they cannot escape bad weather. There are alot of areas in Oakland that are very high end and extremely nice, areas where you never ever see the cities poverty, do you think everyone living there is a crack head or a gang member?

On top of all of that, Oakland is next to the ocean, San Fran, San Jose and a short drive to LA. Green Bay is next to Milwaukee and Chicago, Lake Michigan and is about 600 KM's (more?) south of Winnipeg. Worst comparisons ever.

Edmonton and Calgary are both superior cities to Winnipeg IMO, being close to the Rocky Mountains alone is something Winnipeg cannot come close to offering. I will agree though TO and Montreal will be destinations over Calgary, Edmonton and Winnipeg everyday of the week and twice on Sundays.

Is that right? So back when they were a good team they signed alot of big name free agents? Here is a list of every player they have ever signed, you dive in there and report back with all the big name stars they've signed in the past 32 years.
