Im pretty upset with my Ipad. I bought the Ipad1 at the end of February @ Bestbuy. I bought a wifi+3g. I have not had a reason to use 3g up until this weekend. I log on , buy my 25 dollars 2GB data plan for AT&T and wait for it to be activated. It activates but my 3g will not work. It shows I have an account , and I was charged for the 3g but everytime I try to log on to Safari away from wifi , it tells me I need to buy a data package ( which i already bought.) I try everything. I go to Apple and they tell me to Call ATT. I call ATT we trouble shoot and they tell me its defective and to take it back to where I bought it. I go to Best Buy . They work with it and accuse me of breaking it myself . Then said you should have bought our protection plan and we could help.
I simply asked " So I should spend 700 bucks on an item and then pay you an extra 150 bucks so the item does what its advertised to do?"
Pretty much I am hooped right now but I have an appointment at Apple tomorrow. Here is hoping everything works out !
