Of course, I followed almost nothing in this guaranteed plan and lost 170 pounds. I'm vegetarian, so no bacon or steak. I have 4 to 5 helpings of fruit a day. I drink very little and get most of my water from watermelon, tomatoes, etc.. I don't lift weights ever and do lots of cardio. There are many paths to the same goal.
