So hard to make yourself eat a minimum amount of calories when your trying to lose weight, it feels so counter intuitive. But then again, bacon for breakfast is so tasty.

It feels counter-intuitive because it is.
Are you doing a lot of resistance training and trying to avoid losing too much muscle or is it just a matter of dropping the weight?
