About 2 weeks ago I hit a plateau just like this, and didn't lose for 8 days. I turned it around with more calories. I think what happens I just get lazy in counting calories and think it's ok to start slashing the intake.. which I did again.
Back to work tho. No excuses. I'm like a discount mattress store, all this has to go lol.
