I can't quite believe the demand for the iPad in the US right now. I figured that I'd be able to head over to the Apple store in Boston and pick up a wifi model no problem, but I was dead wrong. It turns out that there are people lining up to buy the thing at 2AM! A month after release! I doubt anyone would even think of somewhere other than maybe Best Buy to get a XOOM, and the playbook isn't even on the radar. Advertising is 100% iPad in Boston and New York.
