Staring in a week or so I am going to do a crash diet. I know its all un healthy and what not but I like doing them because they are fun and make me actually try to accomplish. I will get a fat burning running program off run keeper for HIIT and then keep calorie intake nice and low while taking in lots of proteins. I am aiming for a nice un healthy approach of 30 pounds in 30 days should be a good time! Then after I will ease myself back to normal while keeping up with physical activity to try to keep 20 of the lbs off
