I joined the Running Room's running club a month ago. They run on Wednesday evening and Sunday morning. Never went running for exercise before in my life. First day, I started with the 2.5KM and found that it was too easy. I then jumped to the 5KM and woah... next day I couldn't get out of a chair. My muscles were so sore, I could barely move.
But I went again on Wednesday night and the next Sunday morning and now I think I might be ready to go further than 5KM. However, the half-marathon scares me. I am going to ask on Sunday if they have something between the 5K and the half-marathon.
