thanks everyone,
I just realized what that MMA class I am taking is all about and its HIIT.
couldnt think of the correct phrase.
and yes, we do ours for 45 minutes twice a week and it absolutely kicks the crap out of you, no pun intended.
I think you have to do a combination of Cardio and HIIT to get the fat loss.
But then again, any exercise will help.
Speaking to the running thing..I tried to do the C25K and I stalled out at week 3. just realized I am NOT a runner.
There's other ways of achieving the goal than running.
