I think the best ways to lose belly fat is a high interval program combined with diet/consistent caloric defecit.
For one reason or another, high interval training burns fat at a more consistent rate all over the body than steady state (S S) cardio.
S S cardio is a lot better for maintaining muscle mass instead of losing body fat.
(I'm not a trainer by any means, I just have a general interest in this kind of stuff so if i'm incorrect could someone correct me)
