Concerning fat loss, I've heard if you are doing HIIT workouts correctly, you should only be able to do them no more than 3 times a week (25 minute sessions max) because it is so exhausting.
For steady state, I've read that if you are on the endomorphic side, you should be doing it 5-6 times per week for anywhere from 30 to 60 min.
This info was from different sources but if both are correct, does that mean that the shorter, less frequent HIIT sessions are more effective for fat burning than the SS cardio?
Also, how can you tell if your body fat is subcutaneous or visceral?
