No offense taken. His problem was that he went hard for the 90 days and then he didn't do any exercise once he was done. He fell back into his old habits. Obviously the key to any good exercise program is to commit to it for life. It really is a lifestyle change and not just some 90 day quick fix, because if you see it like that, you will be in the same boat you were in before the exercise program.
I hope you can keep up with those workouts, I know they are hard as hell. Good on you.
