This is so wrong. Hydroponics is a way to grow the marijuana so you can control the environment, not because it makes higher THC levels.
The average THC level of marijuana smoked now a days is 4-6% higher than it was in the 70's, because of crossing strains. The problem was people in the 70's had to get their top quality marijuana from Columbia, where most got swag from Mexico or outdoor crap. Luckily now a days, because of hydroponics, we can replicate the ideal conditions to grow marijuana in your basement or shed.
