What are your plans to maintain after the Insanity and/or P90X programs are finished? I have a friend who lost 25 lbs doing P90X, but once he was done he put most of it back on. I think the problem is that these programs are good for the 90 days but then what? do you start doing cardio to maintain or get a gym membership and if so, why not just do those things from the beginning instead of Insanity or P90X?
