The 2nd month is pretty much hell on earth. You do an extra set and the exercises seem way harder (ie: I find myself looking forward to the ski abs).
I found the biggest reason for my weight loss are my eating habits. I'd say that eating healthy is 60-70% of why i've lost so much weight.
I've been following a
Peleolithic Diet, which I enjoy. Here's a good
blog about recipes and stuff.
