How have you found the 2nd month of workouts? Does the intensity ramp up a lot? I'm going through the recovery week right now and starting month 2 on Monday. So far I've only lost 5 pounds (weight loss + muscle gain), but dammit I just can't stick to the diet. Cottage cheese sucks ass.
