I also just started a class called MMA Aggression.
its basically an intense aerobics work out (5 minutes of full out cardio with 1 minute rest) and some MMA punching and kicking a bag thrown in.
Wow, talk about a work out.
We go for 45 minutes and I am completely exhausted by the end of it.
I throw that in twice a week on top of my regular work out.
