I'm down 29 since feb. 7th. Half way to goal weight, myfitnesspal has helped me a lot. But I bust ass at the gym, I burnt almost 900 calories today on a slow cardio day.

Interval training is awesome to get your cardio stronger. When I started I was struggling to run a min straight, now I'm almost at 10 straight flat out running in 2 months.
