Sorry dude but that's because the first 5-7 pounds were mostly water and food that was stuck in your system. Ever notice the 3-5 pound difference in your weight when you just wake up in the morning to when you're just finished a big meal?
Most people when they start a diet don't really think about that. Long story short, it might seem like it's slowed down but you're probably still killing the same amount of fat tissue as you were a month ago.
